About Me

Born to an Italian father, a Chilean mother, but based in Sydney, Australia, I'm a writer who has a keen interest in travel and languages. I set off on my first trip at two and have been travelling ever since. I've been to over 30 countries and am eager to continue adding to my list.

Best (and borderline dangerous) travel memory: crashing into a sugarcane field after a hot air balloon ride over the Nile River. Worst travel memory: I don’t have one… yet.

I have a double degree in Communications (Creative Writing) and International Studies, and a postgraduate certificate in Editing and Publishing, both completed at the University of Technology, Sydney. As part of my undergraduate degree, I studied abroad in Switzerland at l'Université de Lausanne. During Covid, I also completed my TEFL Cert 5.

In October 2024, I was selected as one of eight writers for a residency with Think Do Tank, where I am working on my debut novel.

In January 2025 I graduated from the Digital News Academy: a journalism course conducted through News Corp Australia alongside Melbourne Business School and Google.

With a love for learning languages, travel writing, creative writing, book publishing and copy editing, my career has led me to work at Escape as the Editorial Production Manager, where I assist in the magazine's print production, write up fortnightly product pages and weekly news briefs. I also work alongside the digital team; pitching, writing and building articles for escape.com.au

Speaks: English, Spanish, Italian, French, some Korean and Arabic.

Currently learning: Greek.
